Weekend Cooking: Singapore food fiction

I’m cheating here as this Weekend Cooking post is going to be linking back to things I’ve written earlier this week. But I figure that they are food-related so maybe someone out there may be interested in reading them.

For the month of April, I am participating in the A TO Z CHALLENGE. I’m blogging for 26 days in April (except Sundays) based on the alphabet, and my theme is #foodiefiction, inspired mostly by the foods of Singapore. I also write a short note about these foods, in case they are new to you.

My posts so far:

A is for Ang Ku Kueh

B is for Bakkwa

C is for Chicken Rice

E is for Egg Tarts

D is for Durian

F is for Fried Rice

G is for Goreng Pisang

  1. How fun! I just heard about the A to Z Challenge yesterday from another blogger and it sounds like a fun challenge. I am all caught up in Singaporean food at the moment, reading the latest Aunty Lee’s Singaporean mystery for an upcoming book tour review. I am trying to decide what to make for my usual book inspired recipe pairing, so I may be checking out your posts for ideas. 😉
