My 5yo has been going for weekly piano lessons for a few months now and he’s liking it so far. His piano school had an annual recital and while he chose not to take part (he said, maybe the next one when he’s learnt more songs), we decided to attend, so that he can see other kids playing music. And I think it was a good experience, to see kids about his age playing onstage, as well as older kids with more advanced songs.
The husband was away in Seattle for two nights, so Thursday and Friday was kinda tiring for me! And I feel like I have so many blog posts I want to write, but I just don’t really want to be sitting at the computer typing things. I’d rather just be reading my book and relaxing on the couch! How do you guys find time to blog? I started this year with a review every week, but I’ve definitely slacked on that bit. But what is a book blog if there is no mention of books and book thoughts?

I’m sure many of you have seen this Lit Hub post on How Many Books will you Read Before You Die? already, but just in case you haven’t. Yes, read it. And then feel a little sad, at least I did, knowing that I may only read 4000+ books in the rest of my lifetime.

Ugh yes how DO I find time to blog? I have two blog posts in my drafts folder with nothing written apart from the post title, and I can’t bring myself to sit down and actually write my thoughts about the books in question. I am sure I had many thoughts about them as I was reading!

I’m glad I’m not the only one who has trouble finding a time to listen to audios. I really don’t even bother, because I know it would just be too frustrating. I’m thinking most people do it when they commute, but I have no commute!
