How are you all doing? Hope you guys are staying healthy and hydrated and well-stocked with books.

As you may know, we are in week three of shelter-in-place here in the Bay Area, so our physical libraries are closed. But there are always ebooks!

Bird Cottage – Eva Meijer

I want to find out how they behave when they’re free

I had somehow skipped this book and gone straight from the first to the third book in the series. Also I’m trying out something new and listening to the audiobook. I tend to not usually listen to fiction audiobooks but I’m really liking this one, I like how there are two narrators, one male and one female.

There’s Something about Sweetie – Sandhya Menon

Ashish Patel didn’t know love could be so…sucky. After he’s dumped by his ex-girlfriend, his mojo goes AWOL. Even worse, his parents are annoyingly, smugly confident they could find him a better match. So, in a moment of weakness, Ash challenges them to set him up.
