It’s Monday (November 8, 2021)

Hey, it’s Monday again.

Once again, I’m not prepared for Monday…and am writing this post on Monday itself ^O^

I made a butter mocha cake (with added pandan paste to give it a more Singapore flavour). And that’s what I had at teatime.

Cooking:

We actually turned on the heater this morning! It was about 7 C so the house was chilly. So I may want to do some baked pasta this week.

Then again, the 8yo has asked for spaghetti bolognese. Is that too much pasta for one week?
